Care Worker of the Month – March 2026

We would like to offer our heartfelt congratulations to our Care Worker of the Month award winner for March – Pardeep Kaur.

“I would like to nominate Pardeep Kaur for Carer of the Month because she is truly a remarkable member of our team. Pardeep joined us having moved from India and has worked incredibly hard to overcome the challenges of learning English while also developing the skills needed to work in care. Her determination to learn and improve has been inspiring to see. Over time she has built up a strong level of knowledge and practical skills in supporting both adults and young people with a variety of care needs. What stands out most about Pardeep is the warmth and kindness she brings to her work every day. She is naturally caring, friendly, and very easy to get along with. Clients quickly feel comfortable with her and she has a lovely way of putting people at ease. She always treats the people she supports with dignity, patience, and respect. Pardeep is also very capable and adaptable in her role. She is able to deal with a wide variety of situations, from day-to-day personal care to more complex and sensitive circumstances such as end-of-life care. She approaches every situation with calmness, compassion and professionalism, always ensuring the individual’s comfort and dignity remain the priority. She is also a great support to her colleagues. Pardeep is always willing to help new team members, sharing good practice and offering guidance with patience and politeness.

She leads by example and helps create a positive and supportive atmosphere within the team. Pardeep’s dedication to the people she supports and her positive attitude make her a real asset to Ensure Care Ltd. I believe she is very deserving of recognition for the difference she makes every day.”
