Care Worker of the Month – December 2025

We would like to offer our heartfelt congratulations to our Care Worker of the Month award winner for December – Gicuta Anton.

Gicuta was nominated by her manager, Helen Brown, Registered Manager at Westlands Care Home in Alton. Please find Helen's nomination story below:

"Gicuta, affectionately known as Gina is a real asset to Westlands Care Home. Gina has worked here for 9.5 years and is an excellent carer, Gina is attentive and caring and loved by all, not only this, Gina will work 6 days per week to support the home and often will pick up extra too, unbelievable commitment.

Gina will work within any area of the home, kitchen assistant, cooking, cleaning, laundry, as you can see Gina is an all-rounder and deserves recognition for this, although she is highly valued by us I would love her to know that she is valued to the Care Industry too."
