Care Worker of the Month – November 2025

Many congratulations to our November Care Worker of the Month award winner - Hina Imran - nominated by her Operations Manager, Sabrina Latchman at Radnor House Residential Care Home.

Please find Sabrina's nomination story below:

“I would like to nominate Hina Imran from Radnor House Residential Care Home supporting adults in recovery of severe and enduring mental illness. Hina is our youngest carer and in just 18 months has been promoted from Care Assistant to Senior Carer and is currently acting as Care Supervisor for maternity leave.

“In the past month in this role, she has immersed herself into the role, soaking up all the knowledge from the management, managed a crisis, supported her colleagues and supported to lead the home with her always outstanding level of care.

“The residents are always at the centre of everything Hina does, continuously going above and beyond, whether covering shifts, on call, staying with residents at the hospital, advocating for them, getting involved in activities and leading by example, ensuring their needs are met.

“She is a worthy winner and has a very bright and prosperous future in care!”
