Care Worker of the Month – March 2025

Many congratulations to our March Care Worker of the Month award winner – Carrie Bradie – nominated by her manager, Kirsty Newlove, at Flourish Home Support Services in Alloa, Clackmannanshire.

“My name is Kirsty Newlove and I am a manager at Flourish Home Support Services Ltd in Alloa, Clackmannanshire. We are a care at home company who support elderly clients within their own homes. I would like to nominate one of our employees – Carrie Bradie.

“Carrie is a support worker who has worked with us for the past 9 years. Carrie continuously goes over and above for the clients she supports, we regularly receive amazing feedback from our clients and their families about Carrie, praising her for the kindness and compassion she shows to each person she cares for. Carrie's colleagues also speak so highly of her and admire her dedication and the standards of care she delivers on a daily basis.

“Carrie does a fantastic job making new members of staff feel at ease and passing on her wealth of knowledge and experience. For us, Carrie is a star who deserves some recognition for her tireless efforts.”
