Care Worker of the Month – July 2024

Many Congratulations to our Care Worker of the Month for July - Paul Beresoaei! Paul is a Support Worker and Care Assistant at Oaklands Support Services in Derby and was nominated by Ruxandra Popa.

"Paul Beresoaei should be named Care Assistant of the Month due to his extraordinary dedication in the workplace. As a support worker and care assistant, he demonstrates remarkable passion and commitment in caring for individuals with special needs and assisting patients with various disabilities.

From the moment he starts his shift, Paul is always present and ready to provide support and careful care to each patient. He approaches each situation with a positive and empathetic attitude, creating a safe and comforting environment for those under his care. Paul not only fulfills his job duties but exceeds expectations, offering compassion and emotional support to his patients.

Through his dedicated work, Paul manages to build strong bonds with those he cares for, always considering the individual needs and wishes of each patient. He is an excellent communicator and attentive listener, ensuring that each patient feels respected and properly cared for.

Not only is he an exceptional care assistant, but Paul is also a trusted colleague and mentor to other team members. He generously shares his knowledge and experience, contributing to the continuous development of the team and the improvement of the services provided.
