Care Worker of the Month – July 2026

We are delighted to announce our Care Worker of the Month award winner for July – Anna Grzeskowiak.

Anna was nominated by her Manager, Gwyn Williams and Administrator, Michelle Andrews at Camelot Nursing and Residential Home in Worthing.

“I would like to nominate one of our carers, Anna Grzeskowiak, for Carer of the Month. Anna is an outstanding carer supporting our residents in such a caring positive way, ensuring each person is treated in a person-centred way and always putting a smile on their faces. Anna supports the families through hard times and is always professional and caring.

Anna always has a smile for everyone and delivers outstanding care. Anna supports all the health care assistants to ensure they understand the needs of the residents and assists the manager with important checks, carrying out weekly air mattress checks, admissions, assisting external professionals and much more.

Anna is truly deserving of Carer of the Month.”
