Care Worker of the Month – October 2025

We would like to offer our heartfelt congratulations to our Care Worker of the Month award winner for October – L. Hillon!

L. was nominated by her manager, Kim Curtain, who works for Realise Training Group Limited.

“I would like to nominate one of our Health & Social Care Trainers, L. Hillon.

“L. teaches the subject across many levels from Apprenticeships at level 2 to level 5 and she consistently has amazing reviews from her learners. L.’s ethos and working style gives her learners the best possible start to those beginning their career in Health & Social Care and she instils confidence in those who are looking to progress to new levels and gain further qualifications.

“Her learners often achieve a distinction grade for their efforts!

“L. has a superb knack of knowing intuitively when her learners need support, building their confidence and understanding, sharing the knowledge she has gained throughout her own career in H&S Care.

“As soon as I saw this award I wanted to nominate her!

“She is amazing!”
