Care Worker of the Month – August 2025

Many congratulations to our August Care Worker of the Month award winner - Lisa Nash - nominated by her Training Manager, Tina Holloway, at Blueberry Hill Care.

“Lisa Nash is our Deputy Manager (Operational). As a busy working mum, who works part time Lisa does our staff rotas & weekly customer support plans on top of her deputy manager duties. She takes her share of on call out of hours & often covers customer supports too.

Lisa is a mine of useful staff & customer information. She permanently has her diary tucked under her arm & always goes over & above to get everything done with a giggle & a lovely smile. Thank-you Lisa for all that you do - you are a joy to work with & you definitely make my job easier!”
