Care Worker of the Month – December 2024

Many congratulations to our December Care Worker of the Month award winner, Easther Chakacha who was nominated by fellow care worker, Oglater Nyakupinda. Please find Oglater's nomination story below:

"My name is Oglater Nyakupinda. My nominee as the Care Worker of the Month is Easther Chakacha. I selected her because she taught me how to be a good carer, and is continuing to teach me. She is my role model when it comes to really caring, making sure the clients are happy and are enjoying life. She makes sure the clients get their shopping done in time, all round care done in time. Clients smile and laugh when she is around them. Thank you."
