Care Worker of the Month – March 2024

Further to our announcement last week, we are delighted that our Care Worker of the Month winner for March is Ahmed Sadik Tarique – known as Tariq – a truly inspirational Project Worker from APASEN in East London.

Tariq was nominated by Community Organiser, Yesmin Begum. Please find Yesmin’s story below:

“Hi,

I would like to nominate Mr Tariq Ahmed for the Carer of the Month Award. Mr. Tariq Ahmed demonstrates solid dedication and compassion in his role as a carer, making him an exceptional candidate for the Carer of the Week Award. Despite the demanding nature of his profession, Mr. Ahmed's commitment shines through in his remarkable attendance record, having never missed a day of work nor has he arrived late.

Beyond his punctuality, Mr. Ahmed's true impact lies in the genuine care and support he extends to his clients. With a heart full of empathy and a dedication to service, he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the well-being and comfort of those under his care.
