Care Worker of the Month – February 2024

It is the last Friday of the month which can mean only one thing here at SCTV HQ! It is time to announce our Care Worker of the Month Award winner. Thank you to everyone that entered. We are very pleased to announce that our winner for February is Jade Reader - Care worker at Live N Care Ltd. Jade was nominated by her Manager, Lynn Ready.

“I am writing to enthusiastically nominate Jade Reader for Care Worker of the Month. Jade has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication, compassion, and a commitment to going above and beyond for our clients, even amidst personal challenges.

Going the Extra Mile for Client Care:

• Pursuing Further Qualifications: While facing personal difficulties, Jade actively pursued additional qualifications. This unwavering commitment not only benefits her own professional development but directly enhances the quality of care she provides to our clients. Her dedication serves as an inspiration to her colleagues.
• Instrumental in Achieving Outstanding CQC Rating: Jade played a key role in our recent achievement of an outstanding CQC rating. Her insightful approach, client-centred care, and unwavering commitment to excellence were instrumental in this success.

A Champion for Empowering Clients:

• Learning to Drive: Recognising the limitations on accessibility for clients without personal transport, Jade is independently learning to drive. This initiative reflects her proactive approach and genuine desire to expand opportunities for our clients to engage with the wider community. Her foresight and dedication hold tremendous potential to enrich the lives of those we serve.
