New Manager Platform Features

At Social Care TV we consistently strive to deliver e-learning in the most user-friendly format. Our development team are always hard at work behind the scenes embracing advances in technology to provide a sleek, up to the minute user experience for our many hundreds of thousands of customers across the UK.

We also believe in the importance of listening to our customers. If you are an SCTV customer, you will recall recently receiving our annual Customer Feedback Survey. Data and comments received from our annual survey pave the way for our development pathway for the year ahead.

Following recent customer feedback, we are proud to announce some new and exciting new updates to our Manager Platform, all of which are now live!

Custom Bundles

Choose up to 10 courses to create your custom bundles and enrol up to 20 trainees. Access this feature via Account Settings.

Bulk Uploads

With this function, managers can now set up new trainee accounts in bulk by uploading a CSV file. Once uploaded, each trainee will automatically receive an email to let them know they are registered and to set their password in order to log in.

To access this feature, go to ‘Upload Trainees’ and follow instructions.

Trainee Passwords

Upon registering a new trainee, the trainee will automatically receive an email inviting them to choose a password for themselves.

Course Enrolment Notifications

When a trainee is enrolled onto a course, they will automatically receive an email notification. For multiple course enrolments, the custom bundle is ideal to let trainees know that they have multiple courses awaiting completion, in one email.

Course Reminders

Trainees who have not started training will receive an automated email reminder 1 month after course enrolment. Please find an example of a reminder email below.
