Care Worker of the Month – September 2022

It is our favourite day of the month - time to announce our Care Worker of the Month award winner for September!

We are delighted to announce that the winner is Liza Dearden - a Carer nominated by her colleague Warren.

Liza is a shining example of going above and beyond in her role and we are thrilled to recognise her incredible effort and dedication.

Please find Warren’s story below:

"I would like to nominate Liza Dearden as she has worked for Mr Jones (name changed for data protection) for about 16 years or so and the connection they have is just amazing you have to see it to believe it. She has on so many times gone out of her way for Mr Jones and she has always been there for me as I'm very bad with dyslexia but without her guidance I would not be the person I am today she is brilliant at her job she knows her onions so to speak. She is warm understands everything and has gone out of her way to make Mr Jones’ life as easy as possible. She is so full of love and Mr Jones has the same connection with her I could go on and on and on but take my word this lady is wonderful I have learnt so much myself over the many years I myself have worked for Mr Jones. It's an honour to work with her."
